Powershop is Australia’s biggest green energy provider, but their website and tone of voice needed an update. By working closely with their team, I developed a new voice for their brand, introducing potential customers to that ‘feel good’ feeling of going green.
Shopping for electricity doesn’t need to be dull, and it shouldn’t sound that way either. Powershop isn’t like other providers, they’re fresh, green and super keen. They speak to their customers in language they can understand, minus the lingo.

Convincing potential customers to go with gas isn’t easy, which is why Australian Gas Networks wanted a fresh approach to the way they speak with their customers. By aligning gas as a ‘lifetyle enabler’ we broke down the many barriers customers feel when looking at natural gas options. As a result, our client was happy to report that there was an uptake on leads following the new tone of the website going live.
